As an award-winning video Producer/Director, Shareen dreamed up creative solutions for clients such as Ernst & Young, Cisco Systems and Habitat for Humanity, International.  Now, she focuses her attention on dreaming up creative solutions to fight obesity and to help maintain a healthy life-balance for herself, and others.

Five years ago, standing just 5’4 and weighing over 225 pounds, life changed when she did, and Shareen hasn’t stopped moving or inspiring others since.  Her 75+ pound weight-loss success story was the impetus for the website.  It all began as a power point presentation for her friends who wanted her “secret to success” for weight-loss and kept coming back for more tips.

Shareen’s enthusiasm radiates positive energy onto all who meet her, but be prepared for the constant free flow of “wouldn’t it be cool if…” business ideas that pepper many conversations.
